The complexity and dynamic range of compounds in biological samples is very large. Christie Hunter, a visiting scientist from AB-Sciex, will discuss Data Independent Acquisition (DIA) workflows that are designed to provide greater sampling depth over large dynamic ranges with lower method development overheads. DIA is currently a hot topic in metabolomics and proteomics and this presentation will provide some of the latest insights into this exciting technique.
Christie will be presenting her work at 12 – 1 PM in Core Room 104, building 77 at Monash University. For more information contact Tony Purcell at Monash University.
