PMV Bioinformatics Meeting May 21

Proteomics & Metabolomics Victoria and the Monash Bioinformatics Platform
will host a bioinformatics information session at 4.30 – 6.30 pm,
Thursday May 21.

“Beyond protein lists: developing a label-free quant workflow for protein characterisation and QC”

“Analysing stable-isotope labelled high-resolution metabolomic data using open source IDEOM software”. Darren Creek, Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Parkville.

The meeting will be held at the Ground Floor Foyer, STRIP3 School of Biomedical Sciences, 23 Innovation Walk (formerly building 77)
